On a select development in the charming village of Praia da Luz, Vila Serena is a delightful townhouse with superb views out to sea. The property has a fully fitted kitchen, comfortable lounge, downstairs bathroom, and hall. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, and a staircase leading to the roof top sun terrace. The property has been built and furnished to a high standard, has a car port to the front of the property, and rear patio facing the pool. The property is a five-minute walk from the lovely beach at Luz, and is about 5 kilometres from the busy town of Lagos. In common with the rest of the Algarve, both these towns have many restaurants catering for holidaymakers, with the usual warm Portuguese welcome for English visitors. There are also, of course, superb golf courses nearby which welcome visitors.

Bedroom One (Master) - One king-size double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, and other storage cupboards. Balcony overlooking garden and pool with lovely sea views.

Bedroom Two - Two single beds, fitted wardrobes and storage cupboards, sea views.

Bathroom - With bath, shower, w.c., bidet and washbasin.

Lounge/Dining Area - The spacious lounge can comfortably seat six people with two sofas, satellite TV which carries standard UK terrestrial TV channels (but not Sky) and DVD Player. There is a very effective wood-burning stove, which is ideal for those holidaying out of the peak season, as the evenings in spring and autumn can be noticeably cooler than the daylight hours. There are two sets of double patio windows opening on to the garden area. There is also a splendid dining table that can comfortably seat six people.

Kitchen – You will benefit from a fully fitted kitchen with ceramic touch control hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.  If you choose to eat in you will find the kitchen is well stocked with high quality utensils.

Hall – The hall provides a quiet seating area with a sofa bed which can be used to provide extra sleeping accommodation for a further two people if required. The adjacent downstairs cloakroom has a walk-in shower, so can be used as an en-suite for those sleeping downstairs.

Cloakroom – with shower, w.c. and handbasin.

Outside - The property is terraced and surrounded by a delightful garden. At the rear there is a small private patio for sunbathing and barbecuing. The front of the property has a carport, and a storage area for fuel for the wood-burner.

The large shared swimming pool – The relaxing environment of the landscaped gardens that surround the pool is an excellent location to top up your tan. The pool has a children's area, adjacent to the pool itself. At the entrance to the pool complex are showers and ladies and gents' toilets.

Parking - There is room for a car in the carport, and for a further car in the parking area a few metres from the property.
